The Legal Chats are held on the third Thursday of the month, from 2:30 to 3:30 pm, at the Peace Lutheran Church (lower level) in Beavercreek. Reservations are required. Contact us to make a reservation.

Wills

Everyone should have a Will, even if all of your assets are in a Trust and/or properly titled to transfer to another upon your death. Mr. Cusack will explain how a Will should be written, where it should be kept, the importance of reviewing and possibly revising, and what happens if you don’t have a Will.
