Durable Medical Equipment

Durable medical equipment, which must be prescribed by a physician, is a long-term and reusable device that can be used at home for patient care. Some examples: wheelchairs, walkers, rollators, shower benches, portable commodes, and so on.

If you or a loved one need such equipment, before purchasing, check with us or your local senior center. Often, unneeded medical equipment is donated to us or senior centers, and we may have what you need.
