Support Groups

While support groups are not for everyone, they are a valuable resource for information and education, in addition to providing emotional support for peers.

Caregivers and seniors are encouraged to attend the appropriate groups. Several of the Council-sponsored groups are facilitated by GCCOA staff, and reminder cards are sent out when names/addresses are shared. Reservations are required, and space is limited.
